Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms:

• Established customers - 10 days net from date of delivery.

• Standard orders - cash, 25% down at time of order; balance due upon delivery

• Past due accounts - accounts not paid after 10 days will be charged 2% weekly.  Terms of sale as stated unless otherwise negotiated.

Claims:

Claims for unsatisfactory or unaccepted orders must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment and all unsatisfactory or rejected goods held for disposition.  We shall in no case be liable for the sum greater than the amount originally received for nursery stock.  All claims will be settled in Gwinnett County, GA Court.

Delivery:

Delivery fee to be negotiated based on size and number of plants and locations for delivery.

Planting:

Planting available upon request if schedule permits.  Fee based on size and number of plants.
